INTERNATIONAL CARS PHOTOGRAPHER
Pietro Rocchi is a Swiss photographer whose artistic practice focuses on the automobile, design, and the visual culture surrounding exceptional objects.
His work explores sports cars, luxury vehicles, historic automobiles, and prototypes, interpreting them through a photographic language centered on form, light, materiality, and composition.
Rather than approaching the automobile solely as a commercial or documentary subject, Rocchi investigates its identity as a design object and cultural icon. His photographs aim to reveal the sculptural qualities of automotive shapes while preserving the historical and emotional character of the vehicles portrayed.
His research also extends to other expressions of Italian and international design and craftsmanship.
Alongside individual fine art prints, Rocchi produces limited-edition photobooks, conceived as authentic visual works for collectors.
Based in Switzerland, he works internationally and is currently developing his photographic research within the realms of contemporary art and collectible photography.
