1. Museum-Grade Packaging & Handling

Every artwork by Pietro Rocchi represents a strictly limited edition or unique 1/1 piece produced on premium Fine Art / Aluminum DiBond. To preserve museum-level conservation standards:

• : Each artwork is secured within a rigid, custom-built timber crate engineered to eliminate flex, shock, and puncture risks during transit.

• 3. White-Glove & Express Couriers: We dispatch exclusively via premium logistics partners with art-handling protocols (FedEx Priority / DHL Express Art Care).

•  Transit Times & International Customs

• 4. Fulfillment Time: Because each piece requires individual inspection, signing, certificate registration, and crate fabrication, handling takes between 3 to 7 business days.

• Estimated Transit Times:

  • Switzerland: 1–2 business days.

  • European Union & UK: 2–4 business days.

  • North America, Middle East & Worldwide: 3–6 business days.

• 5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Dispatched directly from Switzerland. Deliveries outside Switzerland are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Local VAT, import duties, or clearance administration fees applicable in the destination jurisdiction are the sole responsibility of the collector.

6. Protocol Upon Delivery (Damages)

Upon arrival of your consignment:

1. External Inspection: Thoroughly inspect the outer wooden crate before signing. If any damage, puncture, or evidence of impact is apparent, you must sign the courier delivery slip with the explicit clause: "Accepted subject to inspection – packaging visibly damaged".

2. Immediate Notification: In the unlikely event that damage has reached the artwork, please contact us within 48 hours at [Insert your email] with clear photographs of the outer packaging, waybill label, and the affected areas.

3. Resolution: Timely notification with photographic proof allows immediate processing through our transit insurance underwriters.

7. Return Policy for Collectible Artworks

• Unique Pieces & Limited Editions: Given the bespoke nature of these collectible editions (including 1/1 unique prints and personalized mountings), purchases are final and non-refundable once dispatched, except in cases of transit damage verified under our insured protocol.
